If you make fruit juice on your own don’t filter it, contain the fruit pulp, this is the fibre content of the fruit and it slows the fruit juice’s transformation to blood sugar. Fiber is the non-digestible carbohydrate contained in plant-based foods. Fiber keeps you feeling full for long time, and may also assist reduce blood sugar and blood fat levels.
Pick whole grains and cereals, and eat large numbers of fruits and veggies, to help you achieve a healthy goal of 25 to 35 grams of fiber daily.
